Terms and conditions

This is for personal usage only.For other inquiries, please contact me at [email protected].Fanart and OCs are all welcome.You may not use the artwork to gain profit or other commercial purposes, and you cannot use said artwork as an NFT or use as a source or altered with any machine learning or derived technologies.Should the Client change or adjust the artwork through the use
of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the artwork through the use of machine learning or derivative technologies,
the Artist retains the right to charge the Client 500% of the original fee and
the right to resell and profit off the work that is altered or created in this manner,
and visible credit must be given to the Artist as the original creator
of any work altered or created in this manner.Client will have 30 days to pay the invoice.Work will not start until receiving payment. If the invoice or inquiry has no response within 30 days without prior notice, then the commission will be cancelled.Rough drafts will be provided upon request and will be open to any input.
Revisions will only be made to correct grave inaccuracies to a design, such as skin tone.I will not provide any refunds once the work is finished.Size and ratio may vary. They will be 300DPI and at minimum 2000 x 2000 pixels unless specified prior within the commission form. Final product will be provided in PNG and PSD format.The final price will be on a case by case basis. You will be notified beforehand!These artworks can not be used for the promotion of harmful acts or hate speech.On top of everything else listed above,
I reserve the right to not accept a commission for any reason.

Prices are in USD. Must be paid in full via PAYPAL INVOICE.The commission options below are character focused illustrations.I am not offering full illustration or multiple character compositions
unless it is requested with a direct inquiry and thorough discussion.These are base prices. Final invoice may depend on complexity.

☆Charges may differ depending on difficulty and quantity.Regarding TYPE B - SPECIAL:
As of 12/15/2022, I will be raising the price of this style to 100 USD.Due to the various styles in the Pokemon series, this will
be roughly based off the SWSH style-- however there will
be some variations depending on what may fit the character better.First Pokemon is free and any extra Pokemon will range from
an extra $5USD to $15USD depending on difficulty.NOTE: If the companion Pokemon is too complicated, you may be subject
to the extra $5 - $10USD fee to the base price instead. Such Pokemon can include certain Legendaries such as Palkia or Dialga.
